Icing Sugar. Strawberry Jam: Sugar, Strawberries, Gelling Agent: Pectins; Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates. Total sugar content in jam: 61g per 100g (Prepared from 41g of fruit per 100g)
